Bridge comedy

Gary plays a doctor in Hulu’s newest limited series Dopesick, starring Golden Globe-winner Michael Keaton.  It is a compelling look at the epicenter of America’s struggle with opioid addiction. From executive producers Danny Strong (Empire) and Warren Littlefield (The Handmaid’s Tale), Dopesick is an unsparing yet deeply human portrait of families impacted by the opioid crisis and their intersecting stories. From a distressed Virginia mining community to the hallways of the DEA, this limited series tells a captivating story that taps into a powerful and timely cultural conversation. 

It is slated to be released in the Fall of 2021.

Gary has been writing material for multiple stand-up comedians and for the development of pilots and shows for television and cable.  Often in the shadows of performers, he develops content, working with others to hone and tailor concepts to work with the given parameters.  He is currently developing a series "The Knot: The K is Silent", featuring a mute wedding photographer named Kay.

Gary had performed countless times at comedy clubs and in much lesser venues.  Starting at open mics, he has honed his skills as a conversationalist comedian, entertaining on the way to a punchline or just the end of an amusing story.  Taking cues from life and the idiosyncrasies that go along with it, he encapsulates common experiences into an amusing nutshell.
